1 lb chicken, cut into serving pieces
1 lb pork (we prefer pork ribs) cut into serving pieces
2 pcs dried bay leaves
3 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp vinegar
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium size onion
2 cups water
2 tsp cooking oil
1/2 tsp pepper
1. Saute Onion and Garlic
2. Add pork ribs,simmer for a few minutes then add 1 cup of water and half of the vinegar and soysauce mix , simmer again.
3. once the pork is already soft, add the chicken.
4. Add 1 cup of water and the remaining of the vinegar and soysauce mix
5. Add dried bay leaves and pepper
6. Simmer until the sauce become thick and the chicken and pork is cooked.
7. Add water as needed and adjust the taste as desired.
