Chopseuy (version 1)


Ingredients:

3 tbsp oil
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
4 carrots, sliced thinly
1 cauli flower sliced
1 sayote, peeled and sliced thinly
1/2 cabbage, cut
1 chicken bullion, dissolved in 1 cup of water
1-2 tbsp cornstarch dissolved
1 tsp ground basil
salt and pepper
(optional: 1 tbsp oyster sauce or soy sauce and 1 tbsp of sesame oil)
(optional : pork meat, shrimp, chicken, liver)
(you can also add : other vegetables like snow pea, water chesnut,baby corn,shitake mushroom, quail eggs)

1. Saute Onion and garlic
2. Add the meat you prefer to use
3. Add carrots,sayote
4. Add the chicken bullion,cornstarch and groun basil (optional:oyster sauce, sesame oil)
5. Add the cauliflower
6. Add the cabbage
7.Salt and pepper
