broccoli in oyster sauce

Need to eat some greens today, so I decided to cook. Broccoli.. its supposed to be a beef brocoli but ran out of beef hehe
here's how to cook it :

Broccoli:
2 cups of chopped broccoli
1. In a boiling water Blanch the broccoli for a few minutes.
2. Remove the broccoli from the cooking pot and soak in ice water for 20 to 30 seconds then drain excess water. Set aside.

Sauce:
2 tsp Olive oil (or any cooking oil)
Saute 1 tbsp of Garlic [lots of garlic if you want!]
1 tbsp Soysauce
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
2tbsp water
1/2 knorr chicken cubes
pinch of Pepper (optional)
pinch of sugar (optional)
1/2 tsp cornstarch

Then mixed the broccoli with the sauce.

I also made fried chicken! Yey! These are not burnt, we just like it crspyliscious and juicylisious with out the breading.. :-)

1. Boil the chicken with soysauce, garlic, pepper, vinegar and water. drain. then fry.

Happy Cooking! :)
